We have a unique opportunity for someone who is keen to share our vision with a knowledge and skill set that will help us drive efficiency and best practices in scheduling our national field teams. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective planning and scheduling management system/s and activities to improve operational efficiencies.Oversee and coordinate resource support to meet the forecast and planned work programs to meet Service Level Agreements.Plan and schedule according to the highest priority work orders with internal team to ensure they are effectively managed, and relevant records and systems are maintained to meet effective service delivery and compliance obligations.Consult with key internal stakeholders, to plan and coordinate activities across to ensure services are performed as planned.Monitor requirements across the regions, report on scheduling status and/or impacts, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
