About the role: We are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our team at the Mornington Depot.
In this role, you will be responsible for assigning the work program to our Planning team, ensuring strong support for maintenance and fault-related tasks.
Your responsibilities will include: Plan and schedule work for the next 2+ weeksManage schedule changesComplete work order finalisation activitiesCommunicate job status to customers and stakeholdersCollaborate with planning and field teams to optimize crew utilization and efficiencyAllocate maintenance and fault work to PlannersEstablish high-level maintenance plans and schedule rolling work for 6-8 weeksAssist with fault response planning and reschedule incomplete tasksAbout you: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in resource scheduling and planningAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of the electrical industry (preferred but not essential)We are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
