North Projects is a specialist advisor and consultancy to property, construction, and development projects nationally.
We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme.
Our clients include State governments, local councils, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors, and tertiary education providers.

The opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from Schedulers to support our Victorian division.
You'll provide technical support to the constructability, engineering, and estimating process through the development of construction methodology, staging, productivities, and programs.
This process will be detailed in a report to be submitted to our clients covering the methodology and assumptions made in the preparation of the programs.
North also undertakes review and analysis of third-party programs and provides feedback to our clients on the suitability of a program and the progress being achieved on site for major infrastructure projects.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Have tertiary qualifications such as QS, Eng, Const Mgt Have extensive civil infrastructure scheduling experience ideally within contracting, consulting, or client side Have membership of a relevant professional association or equivalent Have sound experience with Programming (P6) and Estimating software Have the ability to research construction processes or methods that may be new or unfamiliar Possess excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Have a passion and commitment to uphold North's values and Project Assurance principles.
