Monadelphous is currently seeking a short-term Scheduler.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain scheduling plans for various operational activities within the organisation.

Develop and maintain a 14-day schedule for operational activities Utilise SAP and/or Primavera P6 software to create and manage schedules, incorporating project requirements, resource constraints, and dependencies Collaborate with project managers, team leaders and other stakeholders to gather input and information required for scheduling activities Analyse project requirements and schedule constraints to develop achievable schedules Monitor and track progress against the 14-day schedule in SAP and/or Primavera P6 identifying any deviations or delays Communicate schedule updates, changes, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate delivery of materials and resources required for scheduled activities Identify opportunities to optimise scheduling processes Generate reports and dashboards using SAP and/or Primavera P6 to provide visibility into schedule performance and key metrics Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout the scheduling process What you'll bring:
Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or project coordination roles.
Proficiency in SAP and/or Primavera P6 software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Mechanical or electrical trade qualification or other relevant trade is desirable Valid Australian Driver's Licence Life at Monadelphous
