Work for a reputable high end residential builder scheduling the builds of luxury custom homes
TEN Recruitment are working with one of WA's high-end residential builders who now have a new opportunity for a Scheduler to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduler with experience in high end residential home building to join a well known and reputable company.
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Osborne Park.
Your New Role Would See You
Price materials and labour to provide accurate BOQLiaise with suppliers for quotes and liaise with the sales team with costings, providing variations as requiredProcess invoices or suppliers and subcontractorsReview in construction schedules, analyse variances and take offsLiaise with estimator to update and maintain variationsReconciliation of scheduled/ estimated marginsLiaise with estimators to update and maintain variationsLiaise with supervisors, administration staff, sales team and construction manager
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
At least 5 years residential scheduling or estimating experience in high end residential home buildingA team player, able to work collaboratively within a teamExcellent organisation skills and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Computer literacy with proficiency across the MS Office suite of applications; Databuild experience will be advantageous
This is a permanent position with a great salary package. Based in Osborne Park close to public transport as well as a range of parking options close by.
