This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Scheduler / Estimator with experience in single and double storey home builder to join a thriving company! This is a full-time permanent position, based in the eastern suburbs.Ideally, The Successful Candidate Will HaveAt least 2 years residential scheduling or estimating experience in residential constructionA team player, able to work collaboratively within a team.Excellent organisation skills and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Computer literacy with proficiency across the MS Office suite of applications Your New Role Would See YouPrice materials and labour to provide accurate BOQLiaise with suppliers for quotes and liaise with the sales team with costings, providing variations as requiredProcess invoices or suppliers and subcontractorsReview in construction schedules, analyse variances and take offsLiaise with estimator to update and maintain variationsReconciliation of scheduled/ estimated marginsLiaise with estimators to update and maintain variationsLiaise with supervisors, administration staff, sales team and construction managerThis is a permanent position with a salary package $75k plus super.
