Scheduler/Estimator

Are you currently working with a larger builder or are you sick of working on the same single storey homes? A small team, great culture and flexibility on offer for the right person. We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Scheduler to join their tight knit team. As the second Estimator / Scheduler you will be a core part of the business and will work across all projects in the organisation.  Requirements; 2+ years' experience (minimum) as an Estimator and/or Scheduler in the building industry Must have single and/or double storey construction experience A proactive attitude, must be able to juggle numerous tasks at any one time Strong communication when liaising with trades and suppliers Qualifications such as a Diploma in Building & Construction or Construction Management Degree.
