The Builder I'm working with a handful of highly reputable Home Builders SOR & NOR in Perth who are now looking to bring on an experienced Scheduler / Estimator. Not only are they excellent businesses, but they are companies who focus on a positive work culture. What You Need Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scheduler / Estimator within the residential building industry (local experience is preferred) Experience with one-off, architecturally designed homes A strong focus on attention to detail and sound construction knowledge A team orientation A flexible approach to work as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work The Role Carry out full production estimates for, plus preparation of sales estimates for new housing projects. Responsible for every aspect of the home's estimation, including:
Requesting quotes Liaising with suppliers Preparing material take-offs Raising purchase orders You will bring superb time management skills that will ensure you can manage the high levels of workflow.
