Benefits: Employee rewards programLearning and development opportunitiesWork for a family-owned business that genuinely cares about youWork-life balanceGreat team environment About the role Maintain effective and efficient rosters, with client's needs as the focus allocating shifts to most appropriate staffAnswering phone calls and assisting with client and stakeholder enquiriesInput client requests for services using VisualCare softwareEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.Liaison with brokers, other referral sources, staff members, carer staff, clients and their families as neededEnsure all client contact is managed in an empathetic, friendly, engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence with your stakeholders.Assisting with administrative tasks as neededOn-call on a rotating rosterAbout you Demonstrative experience in scheduling and rostering in the Home Care and Community settingUnderstanding of the SCHADs award, ensuring complianceConfident working in a fast-paced environmentStrong professional communication and customer service skillsDeveloped time-management skills with the ability to multitaskto meet competing priorities and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and VisualCare or other rostering softwareThe ability to use initiative, work independently and collaborativelyUnderstanding of the local geographical area QualificationsEssential: Current Australian National Police CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateValid driver's license and your own reliable registered vehicleNDIS check or willingness to obtain Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of the local geographical areaCert III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, or Disability.Flexibility and a can-do attitudeA genuine and caring approach
