This pivotal role is key to ensuring clients receive seamless, personalised support by effectively managing client enquiries, building strong relationships, and coordinating staff and client rostering.
As a Scheduler you will Be Responsible For: Client Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client and family inquiries, providing information with empathy and ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive.Relationship Development: Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and our care team. Build trust and confidence in our services by fostering a client-focused, person-centred approach.Rostering Management: Efficiently oversee staff and client scheduling to ensure optimal care delivery. Adapt and respond to changing needs, balancing staff availability with clients' care requirements to maintain high-quality standards and continuity of care.This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional dedicated to improving the lives of clients through reliable, well-coordinated care.
