In your role as a Schedule Planner , you will be responsible for driving network changes to optimise for demand, resourcing levels and operational constraints.
Working with both operational and commercial stakeholders, this position needs to ensure that the final schedules are operationally and commercially viable to maximise returns and meets customer needs.
This role has the responsibility for developing and actioning network changes that have direct customer, operational and commercial implications.
A good working relationship with all customers, internal and external, is essential.
You'll have – Strong Problem Solving and a demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to scheduling problems using own initiative, thinking logically and/or laterally Strong Communication Skills and ability to create a clear two way understanding of all scheduling scenarios when communicating to a diverse range of audiences.
This includes speaking, listening and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate both commercial and operational nuances Well-developed numerical and analytical skills with a focus on developing insights not merely analysis Experience working in a high-pressure environment with constantly changing priorities and stakeholders where trade-offs are required Team Player and ability to work collaboratively Relevant tertiary qualification in business/ finance / commerce is highly desirable.
