ABOUR PEER PEER is a not-for-profit industry-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) & Group Training Organisation (GTO).
Each year we provide training to more than1500 learners across our broad scope of services.
Due to an exciting period of growth, the opportunity has emerged for a Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic organisation.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and data support to PEER's training team and in particular; the scheduling of learners in the Performance Hub.
The Schedule Coordinator will need to ensure that all relevant systems are reviewed and data is accurate and timely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the overall strategic direction of PEER Model professional standard of ethics in line with PEER's core values Support and coordinate learners to schedule relevant practical assessments Issue key documentation to students, employers and hosts Collaborate daily with teams to meet organisational goals that includes Customer Service, GTO and RTO to ensure learner progression Provide support to PEER's training staff and generate reports for the efficient running of the Performance Hub practicals Upload previously prepared digital learning and assessment content to PEER's LMS whilst adhering to documented quality processes Adhere to PEER's policies and procedures in place including maintaining confidentiality at all times SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Essential Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft's suite of applications that includes Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with learners, team members and management An organised administrator with a high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry Methodical approach to problem solving Demonstrates organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A positive, flexible and resilient attitude.
Desirable Experience in a scheduling, rostering or administration role Experience working within a training environment Experience with a learning management system or similar data management programs.
The position is available for immediate start and will be offered as 6 month contract with the potential to extend.
