About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our globally recognised brands. You'll oversee all aspects of financial management, from corporate accounting and regulatory reporting to cash flow management and budgeting. Your Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a team of financial expertsManage cash flow and financial reporting, including budgets, accounts payable / receivable, and expensesPrepare company tax, payroll tax, and BAS statementsAnalyse and interpret financial data to inform strategic decisionsEnsure compliance with current accounting standards and regulatory requirementsConduct month-end general ledger reconciliations and process end-of-month journalsOversee payroll, superannuation, and supplier paymentsAbout You You're a natural leader with a passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
CPA or CA qualificationTertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProven experience in a similar role, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or the sports sectorStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teamsAdvanced proficiency in financial systems and ExcelExceptional attention to detail and commercial acumenA commitment to meeting deadlines and driving continuous improvementWhat's in It for You?
