It's worked, and now, we're kicking on.Today, we're a market leader in construction, engineering and fabrication services, specialising in heavy industrial structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) projects across Australia.We're growing all the time, but we never forget what matters most: our people.This is your opportunity to get stuck into good, honest work with a successful, forward-thinking business that takes care of its own.Join us as an Intermediate to Advanced Scaffolder and help shape a business that has its eyes on the future, with a team that has your back.Your opportunitySCAFFOLDERAnticipated Gross Annual Earnings – Intermediate Scaffolder - $201,840.00*Anticipated Gross Annual Earnings – Advanced Scaffolder - $209,500.00*As our valued Scaffolders, you will be vital to the success of our major mining construction projects at either the Tanami Mine in the Northern Territory or the Carrapateena Mine in South Australia.Working a 2:1 FIFO roster with flights from most major cities, you'll enjoy a better work-life balance.
You'll also be surrounded by a down-to-earth team of reliable, friendly, hard-working people - it's not all hugs and roses, but we take your physical and mental health seriously.You'll make an impact by:Using your sound planning and organisational skills to get the job doneUsing your experience and knowledge to do the best work you can doTaking pride in the work you do and being an important member of a hard-working team.What you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have experience in:a mining construction and operations environmenterecting scaffolding structures around mining sites to provide safe access for workers & equipment.regularly inspecting scaffolding for damage or wear and tear following blueprints, diagrams, or specific instructionssafely dismantling scaffolding structureshandling and maintaining tools and equipment used in scaffolding assembly and maintenance.Ideally, you will also have:A valid C Class Drivers' Licence as a minimum.HRWL with relevant qualificationWorking at Heights, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform ticketsC6 or CO tickets are also desirableConstruction CardA strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and part of a teamWillingness to obtain a National Police Check and undergo a pre-employment medicalStrong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindsetPrevious underground experience would be looked upon favourably but not essentialSafety - first mindset following safety protocols and hazard proceduresSo, what can you expect from a career with us?Well, it's about three things:Work.
