As the only one of its kind in Australia, the unique miniature working sugar mill and distillery is one of Mackay's most enjoyable attractions.
The Sarina Sugar Shed Coordinator will lead all aspects of the business operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience and continue to build the strong reputation for the Sarina Sugar Shed brand.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Proven experience in running a multi-faceted business in areas of commercial, people and operational.Tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to Tourism, Business/Management or Marketing or relevant discipline and/or extensive experience.Current Queensland "C" class drivers licence.Proven ability to create links with the wider community and involvement and participation in community projects and events.Experience in the supervision and management of employees and contractors including the ability to coach and motivate employees.Why work for Mackay Regional Council?
