The business has grown rapidly and is now seeking a Finance Business Partner or experienced Senior Management Accountant to support senior operational leaders in driving business performance.
Work from home 1-2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide critical financial information that drives key commercial decisions.
Take a hands-on approach to budgets, forecasts, management reporting, variance analysis, and implementing improvements based on your recommendations.
Understand project costings and drivers of profitability.
Provide detailed business performance analysis and contribute to board reporting.
Drive initiatives to capture data and enhance financial reporting processes.
Participate in financial modelling for future business strategies.
About You:
You are a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in a Business Partner role.
You excel in Excel, including financial modelling, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a high-visibility role, and the accuracy and clarity of the information you provide will play a key role in driving the business forward.
You are adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a growing business that is undergoing positive change.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs will be crucial to your success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Management Accounting or as Financial Analyst/Business Partner.
Experience in a manufacturing or project-led environment will be highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
