We have an immediate need for an SAP Techno-Functional Solutions Architect with logistics functional and ABAP development experience:
The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Australia. Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers. Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues. Responsibilities:
Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers in various industries. Resolve complicated issues requiring expert level debugging skills and deep knowledge of logistics business processes. Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction. Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills. Requirements:
18+ Years SAP ABAP programming and Logistics (PP, MM) experience. Expert level ABAP programming and debugging skills. Configuration experience, implementing and supporting PP and MM modules. Good understanding of logistics business processes according to SAP best practices. Strong SAP integration experience between logistics and other core ECC modules.
