This role is pivotal to the seamless operation and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors within the organisation on a global scale. The successful candidate will be entrusted with system monitoring, upgrades, user management security, backup and recovery, troubleshooting and support, documentation, and performance optimisation. As an Administrator for SAP Systems, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of SAP SuccessFactors within the organisation. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to all SAP users, among other duties. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal performance of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with Employee Central Payroll and Work Force Management platform.Provide technical support to all SAP users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Manage technical architecture landscape synchronisation activities such as system integration's, refresh activities and general background job activities.Develop and maintain issue registers for all SuccessFactors systems issues and changes.Responsible for overseeing systems management and changes within SuccessFactors including release management process, data management and governance.Plan and perform basic disaster recovery and SuccessFactors application testing.Analyse and evaluate complex technical HR and payroll systems procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).Proven experience in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors modules.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
