YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As a key pillar of Sovereign Cloud Delivery, Cloud Application services (CAS) will offer our customers a seamless and consistent experience by simplifying end to end cloud application management. We are looking for you as the Principal Delivery Lead (f/m/d) to assist with shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry with focus on cloud application management support services. Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services, you would be responsible to oversee the CAS sovereign cloud capabilities in Australia & New Zealand to ensure seamless delivery execution of cloud application support services for private and public cloud solutions.
Working with CAS Global Delivery Execution, your areas of focus include:
Managing delivery of CAS contractsExecuting transition to CAS supportOverseeing delivery of operationsEnsuring adherence to SLA'sFulfilling committed commercial scopeDriving business growth & continuous improvementManaging partner deliveryProviding support in planning and coordination of release version upgradesAssisting customers with establishing a cloud operations framework in SAP cloud environmentsEnsuring compliance and interoperabilityCreating a lasting, customer-centric market presence for cloud application servicesA key measure of success would be to increase CAS adoption, performance against commercial deliverables, improve customer satisfaction, retention, deliver to revenue and margin expectations.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive software delivery experience and cloud operations experienceStrong knowledge on SAP Cloud portfolio and offeringsDemonstrated experience in managing delivery teams within an ITIL frameworkExperience with executing transition to support processesDemonstrated ability to successfully lead in businesses and/or functions that require high degrees of cross-organizational interaction and collaborationDemonstrated experience of managing delivery of 3rd party partner organisationsExcellent leadership skills; Experienced in developing, motivating, and managing high-performing international teamsPromotes a culture of trust, feedback, transparency, and values diversityStrong methodological, problem-solving and conceptual skillsOrganizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationshipsBusiness knowledge of the SaaS and IaaS marketsUnderstanding of Commercial Contracts and Back to Back AgreementsDemonstrated experience in leading/participating in change initiativesFluent in English spoken and writtenResult-driven, persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressureAbility to communicate at C-/Executive-levelDegree in business administration or applied sciences desirableITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL frameworkBring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
