Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions to Capgemini clients.Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contribute to successful project delivery.Act as a functional expert responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle.Lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge.Work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:8 –10 years of proven experience delivering SAP projects (mandatory), in a lead role, with at least 3 large scale Implementations in FMCG or Process Manufacturing.Agile Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira (mandatory).Skilled in effectively balancing team dynamics, client needs, and leadership expectations.Demonstrated ability to understand client challenges and drive impactful solutions (mandatory).Responsible for providing overall team leadership and direction.Manages the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.Accountable for reviewing timesheets and allocating work efficiently.Holds certifications in SAP and Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).Strong client-facing communication skills, professionalism, meeting facilitation, Functional or Technical proficiency in SAP.Adapt at building and managing project teams across multiple international locations with structured processes and communication plans for successful delivery.Knowledgeable in interpreting Statements of Work (SOWs), managing project scope, and understanding project financials, including processing scope changes.Experienced in presenting to executive stakeholders and Steering Committees.Works effectively with diverse service lines to deliver a cohesive Capgemini solution to clients.Skilled in collaborating with teams across different regions for unified project outcomes.Let's talk about what's in it for you!Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
