About the role: We have multiple opportunities for SAP professionals to join the team and deliver SAP functional/technical designs that support the business in achieving its strategic and operational goals.
The role requires a solid understanding of both business processes and functional components of SAP, with the ability to translate between the two at all levels of stakeholders.
This role is critical to support the core operating system which supports the Medibank Private Health Insurance brand, which is a collection of 4 SAP modules (CRM, FSCD, FSPM, and FS Pro).
Key Responsibilities: Drive out design, solve problems, and provide support and technical guidance across any of Medibank's 4 key SAP modules: CRM, FSCD, FSPM, and FS Pro.Lead & participate in requirements and design workshops.Participate in SAP major projects and smaller enhancement work.Own & manage strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, understanding their strategy, goals, and key drivers while providing SAP solutions that support those needs.QA functional/technical designs and become a trusted stakeholder advisor on Solution Design.Undertake and/or direct required configuration tasks related to project work.Develop necessary documentation to assist the development resources.About you: Extensive experience in either a SAP Functional Consultant or SAP Technical Consultant role.Any experience with FSCD, FSPM, CRM, and FS Pro would be ideal.Experienced across the full lifecycle of a complex project.Demonstrated SAP experience both in production support and projects.Understanding of SAP Architecture.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience on full end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably across industries.Any experience in private health insurance is highly regarded.Imagine working with us: We understand that work means different things to everyone.
