Sap Project Manager

Collabera Digital is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA to be based in Perth for one of its leading energy provider customers.
To Qualify for the role, you must have: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP, preferably S/4 HANA, covering at least 2 full-cycle projects.Define how the scope goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals in collaboration with senior management.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle and effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project management owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders.Skills and attributes for success: Experience in project managing full-cycle SAP projectsStrong experience with S/4 HANAMonitoring and managing IT services.Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.Recommending methods of improvement and ensuring that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades.Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on the performance of the service delivery.Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring.Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue and exchange between departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
