Sap Payroll Senior Consultant

We deliver fit for purpose SAP solutions and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations, change management to ongoing AMS services and support.We are looking for a SAP Payroll/ ECP Senior Consultant to join our growing HCM team. This position focuses on payroll systems and their processes through the deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP as a Lead Consultant. This role can be fully remote in a WFH setting in Australia, or come and join us in one of our office locations.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll streamWork as a member of the team to lead on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projectsSupport customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processesDesign solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timelineBuild prototypes: implement the solution and test environmentDefine the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolutionFinalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activitiesConduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.Skills and experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent educationAt least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutionsExperience in payroll configurationExpertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payrollExperience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantageProfessional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environmentsProfessional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requestsInnovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimize at-scaleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great hands-on team and top talent with a focus to build our presence in HCM .Please note legal right to work in Australia is a pre-requisite for this role and essential for a response to your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
