As an ECP Consultant, the incumbent will use functional and technical knowledge and experience to help our clients establish best practices in SAP SuccessFactors.
This position will focus onpayroll systems and their processes through the lead deployment and supportof Employee Central Payroll - ECP.
This role can be in aWFH setting, or come and join us in one of our office locations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes byanalysing business requirements and developing effective configurationsolutions evaluating current payroll streamWork as a member of the team on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projectsSupport customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processesDesign solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timelineBuild prototypes: implement the solution and test environmentDefine the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productiveenvironment, perform data migration activities, perform cut overactivitiesConduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.
Skills and experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educationAt least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutionsExperience in payroll configuration
Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payrollExperience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
