As our SAP OTC Specialist, you will be responsible for business process design, analysing requirements and providing functional solutions for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a solid track record of managing and delivering SAP OTC solutions.
Responsibilities: Leading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of SAP OTC solutions, offering guidance, and overseeing team performance.Interpreting business process requirements and presenting tailored SAP OTC strategies to meet client needs, considering budgetary constraints and timeline.Supervising all stages of the project, from initial planning to go-live and support, managing timelines and coordinating resources for various projects or project phases.Providing clients with continuous support and improvements during the post-implementation period.Delivering comprehensive training to users to maximize their understanding and utilization of new SAP OTC systems.Working closely with technical developers to facilitate the execution of specified changes, as and when required.Maintaining pristine project documentation, ensuring updated records of the project progress and next steps.What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
