ABOUT GEMCO Located on the tropical Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory, GEMCO is an open-cut mine that is accountable for over 20% of the world's manganese ore production.

ABOUT THE ROLE This role is a permanent position on a 4:3 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns.
As the SAP Master Data Specialist , you will be responsible for ensuring SAP Master Data governance and compliance, optimising maintenance strategies and aligning master data with the S32 Asset Management framework.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Reviewing and processing Load Sheets to ensure governance.
Maintaining and auditing Master Data for improvements and compliance.
Report Work Order quality and cost discrepancies.
Package Maintenance Plans for shutdown optimisation scenarios.
Developing QRGs and training materials for planners, engineers, and end-users.
ABOUT YOU You will have demonstrated capability in the following: Experience working in a similar role within Mining or Heavy Industry.
Extensive experience with heavy mining equipment / fixed plant assets Strong analytical skills, particularly in SAP data analysis and discrepancy resolution.
Experience developing and delivering training material and procedures.
A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Qualifications for this position are: Trade Certificate or recognised technical knowledge in a Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument trade.
