What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Services Consultant to join the Customer Information Security Advisers (CISA) APJ & Greater China regional team. In this role, you will be building and maintaining customer trust in SAP through communicating SAP's security and compliance approach. You will work closely with teams from the Customer Success organization (including Cybersecurity Hub), Legal, SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance (SGSC) as well as leaders from different Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to establish trust with prospects and customers. Your team will act as the Center of Excellence (CoE) for the interaction with and enablement of the Customer Success organization as well as directly participating in contract discussions on security and compliance topics.

Second, you will also help identify any regional security and compliance patterns, threats and opportunities and feedback such information to internal stakeholders to build security and compliance into SAP solutions and processes. This allows SAP solutions and processes to be compliant by design and by default.

Third, you will develop and maintain a solid knowledge base in regional security and compliance topics, including data protection and industry-specific compliance obligations, to support customer queries and contract negotiations.

Fourth, you will support the security and compliance governance efforts for the region, including reporting on customer commitments made, on status of identified KPIs; and (where appropriate) highlighting risks to senior management.

In addition, you may be called upon to provide content support for the preparation of executive events and the delivery of presentations to larger audiences both online and onsite.
What you bring: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, concepts, standards and best practices, in particular relating to SAP Cloud Services.Strong knowledge of technology and security measures of SAP Cloud and on-premise solution offerings;Solid knowledge in security certifications and audits.Solid background in information security management system (ISMS), quality management systems (QMS, SDLC);General knowledge of data protection (such as EU GDPR, local data protection laws) and cybersecurity related legislations.Strong communication and presentation skills in English, ability to negotiate with customers; fluency in a local language (other than English) would be beneficial.Self-starter, motivated, organized, attention to details, demonstrated ability to deliver positive outcomes under pressure, results-oriented.3 years experience in a sales support role, preferably in the areas of customer contract negotiations, cybersecurity, data protection, security attestations / certifications and/or compliance with laws, regulations or standards applicable to SAP Cloud Services.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programs and teams across multiple jurisdictions, domains and corporate departments across SAP APJ and Greater China regions;Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in Computer Science, Information Security, Law or related discipline preferred; industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, IAPP CIPPA/CIPPE/CIPT are a plus.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
