We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: Provide design, configuration, testing, and support of the time and payroll components of SAP HR Payroll and/or SuccessFactors sub-modules.Provide expert knowledge, advice, and support on the time and payroll components of SAP and associated business processes.Provide expert knowledge for the design and preparation of functional specifications to enhance the time and payroll components within SAP.Plan for and conduct unit/integration/user acceptance/regression testing for time and payroll configuration and developments.Liaise with the business and consultants to summarise, determine, and prepare functional specifications, change requests including design and configuration details.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of payroll activity/processes to drive ongoing improvements to efficiency across Payroll.Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.Support Payroll Department with queries in relation to the system, providing mentoring support and guidance to Payroll Department on areas of expertise.Execute testing plans to support any Payroll system configuration changes.Deliver effective communications and ticket management.Let's talk about your qualifications and experience: 4-5+ years SAP Payroll experience with general knowledge of functionality, tools, and methods used within the HR Payroll Module.Specialist knowledge of HR/Payroll systems (specifically SAP HR/Payroll), combined with the ability to use applications in the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) with at least solid intermediate level (able to create and run macros) of Excel ability.Able to run ad hoc reports.Advanced adherence to formal testing techniques/methodology, consistently delivering work product/deliverables.Ideally have experience in an integrated HR/Payroll system (including management and troubleshooting of interfaces between systems).Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines, and working effectively in a dynamic environment.Let's talk about what's in it for you!
