Position Overview:
Our client, a global technology consultancy, is looking for an experienced S/4 Migration Consultant specializing in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll.
This role involves leading the migration of payroll functions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, particularly focusing on full lifecycle payroll implementations for large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing payroll migrations, creating effective strategies for migration, and configuring payroll components within SAP HCM.
Experience with the Australian payroll system, especially STP (Single Touch Payroll), is a must.
Essential Skills & Competencies: A minimum of 3 successful migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.Proven experience managing large-scale payroll projects, particularly within Australia or New Zealand.Deep knowledge of full lifecycle payroll implementations in SAP HCM.Expertise in crafting migration strategies and ensuring smooth transitions from ECC to S/4HANA.Experience managing and resolving defects throughout the migration lifecycle.Extensive experience with payroll configuration including wage types, deductions, benefits, taxation, and compliance.Proficient in configuring time management and integrating payroll with other SAP modules or external systems.Familiar with STP 1.0 and 2.0 payroll reporting standards in Australia.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.Excellent communication skills to engage with executives and other high-level stakeholders.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Daphne Gallanosa on + 617 3339 5600 or email ****** and quote the above job reference number.
