About the Role:
A leading consulting team is seeking a skilled SAP HR/Payroll Consulting Specialist to support and drive excellence in client solutions. This role covers consulting, training, and project-based work, offering an exciting opportunity for a consultant with expertise in SAP Payroll, HR, or Finance. The successful candidate will work with clients to implement, optimize, and support the software solution, providing expert guidance and a deep understanding of SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities: Client Consulting and Support: Provide practical advice, support, and guidance on solutions, focusing on maximizing the impact of SAP Payroll, HR, and Finance for clients.Training and Webinars: Lead client training sessions on the full suite of solutions, prepare detailed training materials, and present webinars on key topics.Project Management: Participate in functional testing of upcoming releases, converting findings into user-friendly documentation and training resources.Documentation and Enhancement Proposals: Develop enhancement requirements based on client feedback, write business cases, and present these to relevant stakeholders.Client Relationship Management: Support clients on-site when needed, nurture long-term client relationships, and identify additional ways to add value to client engagements.Workshop Facilitation and Blueprinting: Facilitate client workshops to gather and scope requirements, develop design documentation, and align on best practices.Internal Collaboration and Special Projects: Collaborate with the consulting team on internal projects, complete timesheets, and handle travel and expense reporting as required in a professional services environment.Qualifications: Experience: At least 5 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience, with project implementation exposure and SpinifexIT familiarity preferred. Knowledge of AU/NZ Payroll legislation is an advantage.Skills: Strong attention to detail, understanding of SAP HCM, SAP SF Employee Central, and recruiting modules, excellent organizational skills, and competent PC/Laptop usage (including Google Suite, Excel).Competencies: Demonstrated leadership in strategic thinking, persuasive communication, innovation, and change. Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and outcome-driven mindset are key.Customer Focus: A strong customer-oriented approach with proven experience in building long-term relationships and meeting high service standards.This role offers an engaging, collaborative environment where professionals can apply their SAP knowledge to make a meaningful impact across a wide range of client projects.
