About the roleWe're seeking a dynamic SAP Functional Analyst to be part of our I.T. team at our Chadstone, Victoria location. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and enhancement of our SAP systems, focusing mainly on MM and some SD functionality and processes, helping Officeworks deliver outstanding service to our customers and support our internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT changes aligned with Officeworks' strategic objectives.Collaborate with internal business customers and IT delivery teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.Lead functional designs for new and existing IT application changes.Manage and execute small to medium IT application enhancements and projects.Produce and maintain standards for technical designs and program specifications.Ensure IT systems comply with Quality Standards and meet user expectations.Maintain ITIL best practices and agile methodologies for Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management.About youKey Skills and Experience: ITIL certification is advantageous.Up to 5 years of experience in application configuration, ideally within the retail industry.Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.Proven experience with IT systems support, particularly SAP.Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.Passion for IT solutions and a keen interest in emerging technologies.Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.Attention to detail and the ability to influence key stakeholders with a customer-centric approach.Expertise in SAP ERP, SAP POS/DM, and SAP CRM.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ServiceNow.Our cultureIt's all in a day's work when you're part of the Officeworks community – where you're not defined by who you are, but what you can do.
