Job Overview Undertake SAP Financial configuration for SAP solution enhancements developments.Requirements gathering and preparation of system configuration and functional/technical documentation.Provide technical and functional support for the Departments SAP Financial modules including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, General Ledger and New GL, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Sales and Distribution, Funds Management, CATS and Material Management (including cPRF).Support the Departments bespoke procurement application through the Procurement life cycle from Approve in Principle, Commitment Approval, Contract Registration, and closure of Purchase Order.Support multiple interfaces to the SAP Financial system - for example MS D365 & SAP Concur.Job Requirements Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP FI, controlling (including Internal Order settlements), Funds Management (PSM-FM), MM, AP/AR, Sales and Distribution, Asset Accounting, GL & NewGL.Technical and functional support for End of Financial Year activities.Experience with Cross Application Timesheets (CATS) configuration and support.Experience in Controlling Settlements (including CATS & Assets Under Construction).Demonstrated experience in supporting a bespoke Procurement application throughout the Procurement Life Cycle from Approval in Principle to finalisation of the Purchase Order.Knowledge and experience of HR PA functionality (info types used for Committees, Contractor CATS, Concur profiles etc).Exposure to and awareness of the functionality available in SAP BTP: Integration suite data flow with SAP Concur and Robotic process automation for Payment Run and Master data changes.Demonstrated experience and ability to liaise with Business Analysts and Business SMEs to analyse and confirm detailed requirements.Perform unit and system testing on developed solutions, support user acceptance testing, including data conversion/migration, and provide solution go-live and post go-live support.Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with SAP HR PA and Organisational Management functionality relating to basic Info Type and Position maintenance used by CA-TS, SAP Concur and SAP workflow.Job Location
