Key Responsibilities - list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis: Extensive experience as SAP ISU Functional LeadExperience in SAP S/4 HANA SAP ISU modules like Device Management, Works Management, Market Interaction, REEN, DEEN, Billing, CDN etc.Strong working experience of interface testing and data migrationStrong client stakeholder management, requirement gathering, scope analysis, and production deploymentsAbility to report clear status to customers, different stakeholders/vendors, track metrics, and report to management and other stakeholders.Ability to work independently with challenging project timelines and project stakeholders to gather all requirements to perform day to day workCompletely manage all testing cycles end to end starting from preparation, readiness, execution control, and closureAbility to understand project details, timelines, architectural diagrams, complexities, and develop test strategy and test cases using customer SDLC processStrong experience in using Test Management tools such as Azure DevOps, HPALM, and JIRA Zephyr for structuring the tests and creating automatic reports/dashboards.Experience working or leading testing projects in SDLC Agile and waterfall methodologyAbility to assess and identify improvement areas in existing processes and recommend continuous improvement solutions.Expertise in creating queries to pull reports directly from test management and customize them for project needsGood communication and management skills (including defect triaging) to collaborate with multi-vendor teams and customer stakeholders to build and socialize improvement recommendationsExperience in SDLC Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Azure DevOpsProblem-solving skills in both technical and management challengesGood to have knowledge of TOSCA as a test automation tool for SAP.3.
