You will be responsible for managing day to day SAP support activities by engaging with business users, SAP consultants and support team members to deliver solutions that solve business problems.
Your primary role will consist of resolving SAP support requests, linking in with our US partners for additional support when required.
You will be responsible for the analysation and testing of business process within the SAP environment to improve efficiencies and ensure the system capabilities are being fully utilised.
