About The Project Iluka's Eneabba Rare Earth Refinery (ERER) Project , located at Eneabba in Western Australia. We are delivering Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery, achieving an independent supply of rare earth oxides essential to global electrification and decarbonisation. Our state-of-the-art refinery will feature a total rare earth oxide capacity of 23,000 tonnes p.a, flexibility to process a range of feedstocks and recycling of water and reagents.
About The Role We are looking for a SAP Administrator to join our projects team. This is a Permanent position based at our Perth Projects office.
You will Manage the data entry of SAP/Fiori purchase requests, processing of service entries/goods receipts and ensuring payment is made in accordance with agreed payment terms. Along with providing ad hoc support as required for other internal/external project stakeholders.
Key Elements Of The Role Include: Entering high volume of Purchase Requisitions in SAP Obtain approval of invoices from the Package Leads and processing of Service Entry and Goods Receipts in SAP to initiate prompt payments to vendors Liaising with the Purchasing Officers to ensure that the PR conversion to Purchase Order is converted in a timely manner Utilising the SAP Reporting tools to provide ad-hoc reports Prepare and manage the monthly accrual process Reconciliation of Purchase Orders Liaise with EPCM contractor in the areas of purchasing and invoicing Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide information such as status of PO's, status of project costs and commitments Attend meetings with project team and other Iluka departments About You To be successful for this role, you will have:
