Full time ongoing position – Geelong & Hybrid work arrangements We're looking for an SAP (Purchasing) Administrator to join our longstanding, purpose-driven, and values-based organisation. In this pivotal role, you'll support internal and external stakeholders in developing, sourcing, and managing purchasing arrangements to effectively meet organisational, divisional, and departmental objectives. This position will be instrumental in helping the organisation transition to and navigate our new SAP system.
These are full-time, ongoing positions, based in Geelong, VIC, with hybrid work options available.
Here is a snapshot of the role (and not limited to) Assist the Group Procurement team with transitioning to and supporting genU's new SAP purchasing system.Maintain accurate data in SAP, ensuring system efficiency and best practices for purchasing across the organisation.Develop SAP applications and reports to streamline procurement, monitor spending, and support organisational needs.Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on SAP functions, providing guidance and training to end users.Onboard new suppliers and ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.About You Our ideal SAP Purchasing Officer will be able to demonstrate:
An understanding of the SAP system.A strong grasp of the purchasing lifecycle.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.Well-developed attention to detail and data integrity skills.The ability to plan and prioritise multiple, complex activities.Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.The ability to set and achieve goals while working autonomously.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar discipline or,A minimum of Certificate IV in Business or similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role.Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or willingness to obtain).For You! genU staff have access to a range of benefits, including:
