SAP Administrator (HANA-BASIS) Duration: Initial 12 months, with a possible extension of up to 24 monthsLocation: Canberra (minimum 3 days per week onsite)Security Clearance: Must hold Negative Vetting Level 1APS Equivalent Level: EL1Role Overview:
The SAP HANA-BASIS Administrator will provide expert management and maintenance of SAP platforms, supporting daily operations and ensuring platform security and stability. This role requires a strong background in SAP HANA and BASIS technologies, with flexibility for after-hours support, when necessary, which may be compensated through time off in lieu (TOIL).
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily health checks and optimize system performanceConduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for SAP landscapesOversee SAP Java systems and monitor system capacityManage table replication and transformations within SAPSupport system patching, upgrades, and change managementProvide technical assistance for SAP Business solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, SRM)Monitor system availability, troubleshoot, and manage incident resolutionCoordinate cutover project plans and ensure effective testing and remediationMandatory Criteria: Minimum of 5 years of SAP BASIS experience in a complex environment.Familiarity with SAP technologies like CRM, PSCD, ERP, Java, and HANA.Experience with Early Watch Alert implementation and performance tuning.Proficiency in SAP ABAP, HANA tuning, and root cause analysis.Knowledge of SAP system upgrades and management of HANA/DB2 for SAP applications.Contact:
