Position: Experienced Sandblaster
Location: Dandenong South, Victoria
Type: Casual (Fulltime employment may also be considered)
Key Responsibilities: Perform sandblasting to clean and prepare items for powder coating / painting.Ensure surfaces are thoroughly blasted, clean, and free of contaminants.Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment.Follow all safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Work collaboratively within a small team to meet production targets.Requirements: Proven experience as a Sandblaster in a similar role.Strong understanding of sandblasting techniques and equipment.High focus on safety and adherence to safety guidelines.Punctual, reliable, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.Ability to work well within a team environment.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Why Join Us?
