Salon Stylist

Providing professional hair care services including haircuts, colouring, and styling.
Creating individualised hairstyles for clients based on their needs and preferences.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and hair care. Providing advice and recommendations on hair care products.
Ensuring a clean and safe environment in the salon. Delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:

NVQ2 or above.
Fully qualified in all aspects of hair (Colouring, cutting, and styling).
Knowledge of tape extensions is an advantage. Training can be provided.
Minimum 5 years industry experience.

Personal Attributes:

Fluent in English.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset and the ability to visualise suitable styles and looks for different clients.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a dedication to staying updated on the latest industry trends.
Well presented.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to seamlessly integrate into our existing team dynamic. They will show a willingness to collaborate, share ideas, and support their colleagues, while also being able to take initiative and work independently. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for this role.
