Exciting role for a creative candidate that has a passion or interest in the beauty industry. MUST HAVE Email marketing experience!

This position is ideal for a confident, organised person who possesses great people skills, can think outside the box, and has the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Enjoys all things beauty, with a keen eye for capturing content from the best angle.
To secure this role you must have the ability to: Collate information, design and schedule social media - planoly, preview experience an advantage.Knowledge of Facebook ads and boosting posts.Creating reels, videos, TikTok and short video content.Design & print content e.g., brochures, promotional pages.Create a loyal and engaged following on social media including website.Liaise with the staff on sourcing and creating content to use across our social media channels.Assist in developing a content calendar and publish and maintain as agreed.Building engagement and branding.Working with Influencers and contracts.Skills and experience: Have outstanding written and verbal communications skills.Eye for detail and a love for all things beauty design and marketing.Have good knowledge of all aspects of marketing communications, including experience managing social and digital media; creating content is ideal.Be proficient in the use of publishing software.WordPress & Shopify experience would be an advantage.Understanding Instagram & Facebook.Admin Duties included but not limited to: Supporting the Development, strategies and growth of the Training Academy.Strong phone manner and organisation.Multi-tasking and great time management.Can handle fast-paced and be productive in quieter times.Build and maintain outstanding relationships with all clients and students.Managing and overlooking trainers schedule and students.Replying to all emails in a timely and sufficient manner.Confident with computers, printers and thinking on your toes.Co-ordinate classes and support students and Trainers.Ensuring the Academy is stocked and organised for classes.Seeking new products to develop and private label.Meeting and exceeding on daily, weekly and monthly student targets.Participate in weekly management and knowledge sharing meetings to help support growth of training Academy.Actively participate in recruitment and selection of team members.Induction or hand overs - ensuring seamless working - hiring if required.Overseeing and implementing with staff — End-to-end co-ordination of social media pages, including social media plans, daily community management, and generating and analysing social media campaign results.Implementing a schedule for Instagram and Facebook.Efficient management of budgets.Are you wanting a role that will keep you passionate?
