At AVEDA we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility, not just in the world of beauty but around the world."A rare opportunity is now available to join the Aveda team as a Salon Development Partner on a fixed term contract within our NSW team.Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Salon Manager, you will be personally aligned to our mission and values and have a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service and support.Based in the field, you will be responsible for supporting and partnering with our existing salons to accelerate their growth and success, and exploring and executing on new business opportunities throughout the region.Through aligning with the brand's sales targets, focused on sell-through solutions, your key goals will be achieved through the level of support provided to our salon partners, and drive sales and growth throughout the NSW region.
