Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – BEDFORD PARK – Office of the Chief Executive OfficerSalary $108,109.00 - $116,864.00 (Pro Rata) ASO7| Full Time, 5 year contract available!We are seeking a Corporate Records Lead to join our Corporate Governance Team! The Corporate Records Lead is responsible for providing accurate information to the Governing Board and Chief Executive Officer regarding compliance and risk exposure relating to corporate record management.
This position is responsible for initiating, implementing, and evaluating improvement activities, positively engaging with staff at all levels of the organisation. This includes strengthening systems and processes, gap analysis and data analytics, and development of training and information resources and workflows. This position oversees the maximisation of the official records management digital platform across the organisation.
About the role: Reporting to the Manager Corporate Governance, some of your duties may involve:
Providing information to internal and external sources in relation to activities which inform compliance and improvement.Conducting a review of compliance across the organisation to State Records Act (SA) 1997, General Disposal Schedules, SA Health policies, and other mandatory requirements.Assessing the level of risk exposure to the organisation following determination of the compliance level.Planning, implementing, and evaluating improvements to strengthen corporate record practices.Reviewing arrangements for offsite record storage and recommending opportunities for improvement to streamline and maximise arrangements.About you: Demonstrated ability to foster cooperation and support of internal and external stakeholders.Proven experience in leading corporate record management systems and processes in a complex organisational environment of multiple sites and services.Established experience in using and teaching others in record management IT platforms.Significant experience in analysing and interpreting complex legislation and other mandates directing implementation of obligations.Proven experience in leading the design and/or significantly improving governance systems and processes within the context of health, human service, or government environment.Demonstrated ability to interpret, analyse, design/engineer and recommend solutions for complex business processes or issues.Application Closing Date: 11.55 pm Sunday Tuesday 26 November 2024
