The South Burnett region is renowned for its great wine, gourmet foods and recreational facilities such as Lake Boondooma and Yallakool tourist parks.About the roleBased in KingaroyMaximum Term Full Time (12 Months)$65K - $68K per annum + Allowances + SuperCouncil is seeking an Officer to manage councils saleyards and dipping facilities to ensure its effective administration and responsive delivery of services to councils customers and clientele. This position will provide guidance and direction in animal husbandry and saleyard operations to all stakeholders, oversee the movement of cattle at the yards, and undertake general pen maintenance/ cleaning of yards and amenities (including weed spraying, rubbish removal, security etc).
