The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This key position will focus on driving revenue growth by fostering client relationships and identifying new business prospects. You'll manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new opportunities in the outdoor commercial furniture sector. Build and sustain strong relationships with architects, designers, project managers, and procurement teams. Offer expert guidance on our product range, developing customized solutions for clients. Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity. About You
You are a highly motivated individual with a successful track record in sales or business development, ideally within furniture, design, or related sectors. You thrive on building relationships, negotiating, and delivering results.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in outdoor furniture or commercial fit-outs. Established network within the commercial, hospitality, or government sectors. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Passion for design and enhancing outdoor environments. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. What We Offer
