Key Responsibilities:
As a Harvey Norman Customer Service Assistant, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers. You will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service and support. Resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers. Exceeding individual and store sales targets. Working collaboratively in a team environment. To be successful you must:
