Job DescriptionAbout the Role We're on the hunt for energetic and customer-focused Store Team Members to join our crew! No experience? No problem! We'll equip you with everything you need to succeed. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service. As a Store Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a fun and friendly shopping experience for every customer—whether you're working the floor, managing stock, or setting up eye-catching displays.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will Include: Serving customers with a smile and helping them find the perfect products.Driving sales and working with your team to achieve store goals.Merchandising and keeping the store looking top-notch.Stock management to ensure shelves are always full and tidy.Creating memorable customer experiences with your product knowledge and enthusiasm.What We're Looking For: A passion for outdoor living, BBQs, and helping people create memorable experiences.Customer service skills—you love engaging with people and making their day better.Team spirit—you enjoy working alongside others to achieve goals.Flexible availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail times.Positive attitude—you're proactive, friendly, and ready to jump in wherever needed.What's in it for You?
