We have an exciting employment opportunity at our Pialba store. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth of our Mounties Care Mobility & Independence offerings and products, such as Scooters, Wheelchairs, Daily Living Aids, Beds, Lifts and Recline Chairs, and more. In our continual quest to provide the best possible mobility and independence aids, we are currently searching for a customer-orientated Mobility Shop Salesperson on a full-time basis based in Hervey Bay, QLD. You will play a key part in providing exceptional support to our valued customers.
The Role As a Mounties Care brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing assistance and comprehensive information about our range of products. You'll work closely with our clients, therapists and the public and assist with demonstrating appropriate equipment to meet their needs.
More specifically, your duties will include:
Sales of assistive equipment within our retail storeProvide exceptional customer service support and maintain the delivery of our high-level customer service standardsAssist with the day-to-day operations of the retail storeConduct rental and return transactions with efficiency and accuracyProficient handling of phone enquiries, emails, and intranet enquiriesCo-ordination of deliveries and pickups, assisting with stock management and replenishing of stock on the shop floorMaintain a high level of professionalism and integrityAbout You! To be successful for this role, you should ideally have the following:
