Graintec Scientific is seeking a go-getter Sales Representative to join our awesome team. If you're the kind of person who loves making things happen, building excellent relationships, and being a key player in a successful business, then we want to chat with you.
Established in 1986, Graintec Scientific has a long history of providing the Australian food and grain community with high-quality, specialised testing equipment.
What you'll be up to: Hunt down new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, playing a key role in building connections. Team up with others in different departments to ensure our customers are happy and our products/services meet standards. Exceed sales targets by bringing in new business and taking care of existing customers. Keep us informed with timely and accurate reports on your performance and market developments. Utilize exceptional communication skills to ensure our customers feel valued. Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team. What you need: At least 3 years of sales development experience. Bonus points if you've worked in a similar role in the Science and/or Food industry and/or Agriculture industry. A bachelor's degree in food or science would be excellent (but not essential). A track record of hitting and beating sales targets. Proven communication and interpersonal skills. An innovative mind that loves solving problems. Super organised with time management skills. Requirements: A valid driver's license. What's in it for you: We offer a competitive salary package.
