We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate Category Sales Specialist to join our Trading team based at the Perth Produce Markets, Canning Vale, WA.
We welcome applications from candidates with proven sales and negotiation experience in the fresh produce industry who can demonstrate the following attributes: Self-motivation and passion shown in their work ethic.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Experience with an existing supply/sales relationship.Strong time management, initiative, and a proven ability to multi-task.Proactive thinking with high levels of organisation and meticulous attention to detail.Reliability and integrity in all aspects of their work.Early morning shift capacity required (4am starts).Capacity to work every second Sunday (morning).Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Generate sales through the development of customer relationships.Assist with the implementation of sales strategies to increase customer base.Develop and achieve sales and margin budgets.Maintain appropriate stock controls.Engage with administrative department and processes to ensure optimal sales results, grower payments, and aged debt control.We are a 7-day operation and have a great team environment where we strive to be the best.
