Your mission
Responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products within a defined area of responsibility (e.g. geographical, group of customer, industry or product group etc.).

To fulfill our mission, we need:
Your commitment to follow technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell our products.
Your execution skills to follow up qualified leads and convert them to orders.
Your team player experience to support the sales team by providing direct support to the customer during the quotation process.
Your acumen to develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
Your commercial interest to be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivering the value of our products and services.
Your analytical skills to understand market insights and the customers' buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader.
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
To succeed in this position, it is important to:
Keep your databases up to date in the CRM tool, ensure quality in your deliverables, maintain continuous improvement and inspire others to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
The profile that fits with these duties is:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, chemical, or mechatronics.
Manufacturing experience in the metal work industry with knowledge in the energy field.
3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or technical/product sales.
English/Spanish skills at C1 or proficiency level with both written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of heat exchangers is increasingly valuable for this position.
Practicalities
Position is located in Monterrey.
Remote work and traveling to our facilities once a month.
Type of contract: Mexican contract + benefits above the law.
Non-Mexican citizens must have a recent Mexican working visa.
